• Dark Romance/Erotica (incl. opposite-sex and same-sex couples)
• Science Fiction
• Fantasy
• Any combination thereof.

The following genres/themes are not accepted:

• Light Romance/Erotica
• Slice-of-Life
• Young Adult
• Classical Fiction
• Theme: Violence predicated on the basis of race, sex, religion, sexuality, gender identity, or any similar immutable characteristic (excl. fictional races and religions such as orcs, elves, etc.)
• Theme: Violence against children (excl. adult characters reflecting on things that happened to them as children; graphic detail ommitted.)
• Theme: Explicit sexual situations involving characters under the legal age of consent for their setting.
